Skinworks' Policies

  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • Anyone who arrives 10 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
  • While we strive to achieve optimal results, individual outcomes may vary based on factors such as skin type, medical history, and lifestyle.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our treatments.
  • Clients with medical conditions or concerns must disclose them prior to treatments.
  • Some treatments may require a medical clearance.
  • Patch testing may be necessary for certain treatments to ensure compatibility and identify potential allergies.
  • In order to give you and our other guests the best experience possible, children will not be allowed in the treatment rooms, and they will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room.
  • Some treatments may have age restrictions.
  • Payment for services is due at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
  • Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • They must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not obligatory.
  • They are left at the discretion of the client.
  • We maintain a respectful and professional environment for all clients and staff.
  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Skinworks Wellness & Aesthetics and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after treatments.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
