Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will not accept returns or provide refunds.
If you ordered a product online and it arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and include a photo of the damaged box and/or product. For an item to be eligible for a return, it must remain unused and in its original condition as when it was initially received.
If we accept an online return, the original shipping will be refunded to you; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Furthermore, the following items fall into the non-returnable category:
Gift Cards
We appreciate your understanding of these guidelines as we strive to ensure a fair and consistent return and refund process at Skinworks.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If, after 10 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
